After a long day of hunting for the largest tao temple in Kuching, we stop by at Song Kheng Hai food court to have a nice old drink. Its a usual favourite place for the locals on a hot afternoon. The foodcourt offers several light meals such as belacan beehoon, ice blended drinks etc etc.
If you wish to order but got some communication problem with the dialect speaking people, just point out what you want at the menuĀ on the wall. There are several stalls that offers the same.

The above is another local delicacy. Its the foochow dialect’s Kom Pia. One of my favourite local snack. Minced pork is stuffed into the bun. The dark color drink is Sarsi mixed with “sian chaw” which is good to cool down the body temperture.
