Wang Full Food Center

A usual eatery hangout place of mine.  Its located between Petanak and Ang Cheng Ho road. I don’t really know the name of the road. They have variety of food choices and I think I tried most of the food available there. Don’t be deceive by the the common cafe environment, its actually a cafe with restaurant quality food with the price of a usual “kopitiam” or cafe.

I once joke around with the tauke aka the boss, “common make new recipe, I tried all that you have already”. and he replied “No problem!, come back next week and you will have something new to try”. Surprisingly, he kept his words and there were 3 new dishes on the menu. He name out the dishes verbally. I ordered “ayam masak merah” which means “chicken cooked red”. Its a malay dish. Sometimes you do see this dish turn out to be really red. This turned out to be rather brownish which I find it more appealing. It comes with a fried egg, white rice and salad piece. The portion is just the right amount though I craved for more as I find it delicious.

It only cost me RM6.00 for that together with a glass of Ice Lemon Tea.

There are other food stalls there which I do recommend as well. The Sabah Style Fishball kolo mee is also good. I think its the best in Kuching, I find it better than the famous Batu Kawa fish ball or meat ball. Can’t be bothered to drive that far for it either.  I haven’t try the chicken rice yet, so I have nothing to say about it.
